Faye has worked in teacher education for 11 years.  At Teach First she is responsible for leading all work relating to developing teachers, this includes leadership of Teach First’s core Training Programme; recruiting, placing and developing 1700 teachers each year to work in schools where they are needed most.  Faye oversees the design and implementation of our postgraduate diploma, a collaboration with 8 universities across England and Wales.  And more recently, Teach First’s contract to deliver the new Early Career Framework programme as part of the early roll out in the North of England.  A previous Science Teacher and current school governor, Faye is passionate about working closely with schools and teachers to ensure the work of Teach First is responsive to their needs.
